As the holidays draw near, our community’s spirit of giving shines brighter than ever. Teller County has always been a place where neighbors look out for one another — where generosity, compassion, and service define who we are.
But this year, our community faces a serious challenge — a growing food security crisis. Rising living costs, reductions in public benefits, and the ongoing ripple effects of national economic uncertainty have made it harder than ever for many local families to make ends meet. For too many, the question is no longer “What’s for dinner?” but “Will there be dinner at all?”
Still, in true Teller Strong fashion, our community is rising to the occasion. Local leaders, nonprofits, and volunteers are stepping up to make sure no child, senior, or neighbor goes hungry this season.
The Teller County Food Alliance: Local Solutions, Lasting Impact
The Teller County Food Alliance is a powerful collaboration of four trusted nonprofit organizations — each deeply rooted in our local towns and uniquely dedicated to ensuring food access for all. Together, they form a united front against hunger in Teller County:
🍎 Aspen Mine Center / Community of Caring – Cripple Creek
🏡 Community Partnership Family Resource Center – Woodland Park
🧺 Little Chapel Food Pantry – Divide
🍽 Teller Senior Coalition – Divide
These organizations have served our region for years, providing everything from emergency groceries and warm meals to senior services, family support, and community programs. By combining their efforts under the Teller County Food Alliance, they can stretch resources further, reach more people, and build a stronger safety net for every corner of the county.
When we work together, everyone wins — because a nourished community is a thriving community.

It gives parents the relief of knowing their children will eat a warm meal tonight. It strengthens the programs that make Teller County a place where no one is left behind.
Every act of giving, no matter the size, is a reminder that we are all part of something bigger — a community built on compassion and action.
Let’s make this holiday season one of hope, nourishment, and unity. Together, we can ensure that Teller County remains a place where everyone has a seat at the table.

I’ve been obsessed with the clean design of coreball online unblocked for free lately. In an era of heavy, resource-draining games, this browser-based version is a breath of fresh air.
Great list! If you’re into physics-based racers, I’d also recommend adding poly track game unblocked for free to the mix. The low-poly visuals are super clean and the controls feel very responsive. It reminds me of the classic track-building games but with a modern, sleek twist. Thanks for sharing these resources!
