2. Install Grab Bars and Handrails

Install grab bars in the bathroom next to the toilet and inside the shower or bathtub. Handrails on both sides of stairways and along hallways provide additional support and stability.


3. Improve Lighting

Good lighting is crucial for preventing accidents. Ensure that all rooms, hallways, and staircases are well-lit. Use brighter bulbs, add additional lamps, and consider motion-sensor lights for areas like the bathroom and kitchen.
