About the Event
Facing the Mourning: Finding Support Through Grief
You don't have to navigate grief alone.
Teller Senior Coalition is happy to share another valuable opportunity happening in our community.
Losing someone you love can be a complicated and painful experience. Facing the Mourning is a supportive six-week group designed to help individuals navigate their grief journey in a compassionate and understanding environment.
Offered through Voices of Grief, a program of Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care, and Community of Caring, this closed group uses a workbook developed by the Heartlight Center in Denver.
Participants are invited to explore weekly practices that support mourning and provide meaningful opportunities for reflection and expression.
